Not bad for someone that has been played out of position by the tactical genius.

For the £2m we paid for him you could argue that pound for pound he is one of our better signings..

Done well this season overall. Seems suited to that role to be honest. He was really poor when we played him as part of the 3 centrally. His effort was questionable last season and early this season, but seemed to knuckle down once he found a position which suited. Got a massive engine.

Good player, however he can be lazy at times and is a bit too inconsistent.

Indeed. A player you have to carry a little. Not to the extent of a HBA or Marveaux, but still can get lazy. He is fairly productive. I'd imagine our top in assists? If we had 5 or 6 blue chips down the spine who gave you 7 out 10 minimum every game, he'd be ok. We only have 3 or 4 max who perform with any sort of consistency.

He is reasonably fast, powerful and as mentioned he has a good engine.

He is physically impressive but he has a very limited amount to offer on a technical level apart from the half decent dribbling.

Ideally, we'd look to sell him back to Ligue 1 and try and raise €5m and replace him with Henri Lansbury.

Lansbury <yikes>, Championship player for me. More likely to be Colback on a free his replacement.

Lansbury likes to pass it about and is composed on the ball. He is also a leader and he started his education at Arsenal.

Sissoko may go missing sometimes but he is nowhere near as destructive to our cause as Tiote. The amount of mistakes he makes is insane. First part of the season we thought he was coming back to his early form but the latter part of the season he has been as bad as ever. Now I'm wondering who the real Tiote is - a great breaker in midfield or a complete f**king liability because in his time here we have seen about half and half.

Lansbury is what is known as a f**king garbage player. Wenger knew exactly what he was about. Just because these guys are English doesn't mean they are particularly good. Sissoko is ten times the player he is.

I would expect next season to be pivotal for him.

As we know with the rotund one he is open to offers for any of our players.
I can see a £10m bid being enough to prize MS away to be fair.

On a technical level and mentally I'd prefer Lansbury.

This is wrong. Ben Arfa has 3 goals and 6 assists, the same as Sissoko, and has played less than half the time.

He's ****. You only have to look at him to know he thinks he's far better than he is. There's a reason Wenger got rid of him. Every young English player he has got rid of has never gone on to be successful.

Still a Championship player, would rather go for Colback on a free, who has impressed every time I've watched Sunderland this year.
