Mourinho's blatant hypocrisy aside, given that the Chavs had thirty nine shots, nine of which were apparently on target suggests that the Hammers didn't exactly shut them out. The fact that Chelsea still failed to score despite all those chances says more about them than their opposition. Yeah, we know.

That was a bit of sense at the end of a 5 minute rant about West Ham ruining the value of the Premier League TV rights and cheating from the first minute of the game.
