For anybody thinking we were wrong to let him leave, think on this.

Palace fans are now seeing what we had to endure for years, but it seems he is achieving this a lot faster than he did with us!

Pardew is a company man, he knows what side his bread is buttered.

He comes out, shouting to the heavens, when the team is going well, but goes into hiding when he starts breaking all the wrong records.

He is the ultimate BULLSHIT! manager. 4 defeats on the spin for Palace and a record 3 defeats at home in a row. Where is he now? Oh, he is strangely silent all of a sudden. What a surprise. Deja Vu any Palace fans?

The mans arrogance is incredible, talk about believing your own hype!

We were correct in letting him leave, but we were wrong to allow his Goblin underling to take the reins. That is where we went wrong. All this, " be careful for what you wish for Newcastle fans bollocks", annoys me immensely! I think after having the guy in charge for 6 years or whatever we were in in a far better position to judge a manager than any journo.

They never had to endure the adject misery of football, interjected with flukey streaks, that we have had to.

Get relegated or stay up, I DO NOT CARE!!

That is real legacy of Pardew and Ashley.... Total Apathy!!!!

Heres a selection of comments from Crystal Palace fans! The first one is hillarious! I wonder why other fans call us deluded when there are CP fans thinking its not good enough losing to man u!

There going to have a tough year next year, Pardue has already become the first manager to lose 4 home games on the trott for them since Iain Dowie, I wonder what other records he will break next year!

What a crock of ****e. They have suffered narrow defeats against the champions and and the 4th placed side, giving good performances in both games.

They lost 2 games against Hull and West Brom - both who had a bit more resting on it. In the Hull they could easily have come out of it with something (though they wouldn't have deserved it). Pulis knew their players, he knew their weaknesses and he exploited like any manager would. he openly admitted on both occasions he was a tad disappointed with the performance levels.

The bottom line is Pardew has a relegation threatened Palace side comfortably safe, and has performed way above expectations. He will struggle to replicate it next year. Not because he is a bad manager, but because they have restricted resources.

Jesus wept The Mag is an embarrassing publication with a warped agenda. The only thing they have even got remotely right is that he does struggle when team defend deep and he doesn't have a clever playmaker to make that difference. When he lost Cabaye here, he didn't know how to get round it. He bought De Jong but that didn't work out. He has a similar problem there. They lack guile. He has got the utmost from what he has available. Fans are just so fickle and short sighted.

Embarrassing we still go on about him. It's like being dumped by that girl you still quite fancy. "Yeah, fck her, she's such a bitch, don't care what she's doing now" whilst we keep logging into Facebook every 10 mins to check where she's been. Get over it.

No, we dont keep going about him, everyfuckerelsedoes, trying to rub our noses in what they think was a bad decision. My point is, it wasnt!! The guy is a self publicising clown, willing to arselick any owners arrshole if it will keep him in a job. I give him 18 months at Palace, tops, before they come to the same decision our fans did!! Get rid ASAP!! Carver is a Dorian Grayesque mirror image of Pardew. All the shiiteness of Pardew distilled into a Goblin-like fucckwit!!

Totally agree.. He is hot 'n' cold.. with a lot more cold than hot.. wait till Palace are on a 10 game no win streak, no plan B, and multiple left backs all being played out of position.

It must be Premier League record!! Palace fans, you have a manager that has kept you in the division when you looked liked going down, and after only 15 or so games you are already starting to doubt his competence!! WOW.!! Welcome to our fcuking world..!! Except we had to deal with it for 6 fcuking years!!!! Best of British, and GOD HELP YOU..!!!!

Man is a genius and should have been given the freedom of the city for what he here working under those constraints. The fans just lack knowledge.

This unhealthy obsession with Pardew will hopefully fade away in time, if publications like the Mag, would just shut the **** up about him.

Where is he now? Mathematically out of reach barring us cobbling together a 17-0 win.

We need to forget about Pardew now. Nobody is listening to us, so these people trying to justify the decision to hound him out can only be trying to convince themselves. Let's focus on our last two games. We have far, far bigger worries than what Alan Pardew is up to.

The only solution is to enforce a zero policy on hiring/firing throughout a season. I reckon they should have 3 months to conclude all business then @ midnight the night before your league starts you have to have submitted your squads, management team, and that's it - you're stuck with it. Then the fans just have to put up with it, no January transfer misery, etc., etc.
