Tufan - Didn't give them a sniff
Coyle - Great going forward tonight
Oscar - He's back

Positives... I don't know how Pelkas, Sinik, Christie, Elder and even Jones and Doc didn't make that top 3. Very good, hard fought team performance tonight. For once we were definitely the better side.

Negatives... Greaves still seems to have the odd clanger in him, but overall looked like he was coming out of a slump in form. Slater doesn't seem to be at his best at the moment. I'd honestly give Doc a start for the time being as he's been immense in the past couple of games when he's come on. Also, we need to start opening games and second halfs quicker. We always seem to concede daft 'switched off moment' goals early.

Not a bad top 3. And I hope Oscar proves me wrong with his longer range shots, but so far they really aren't threatening and I wish he'd just pass.

Pelkas inconsistent. Yes nice header from a small guy, on target. Sinik and Christie need more fitness. Greaves can be concerning, I wonder if Coyle is actually the better homegrown player.

Hope so. With the state of our defence, I’m not sure we need any of the two central midfielders taking liberties.
He did seem to occasionally lose focus and just wander when we didn’t have the ball.
I was relieved when Docherty came on, cos I assumed he would release Tufan further forward. It showed Dawson’s trust in Tufan in that position that Doc actually played in an advanced role.
So Daws agrees with you.
Apparently Pedro was a central midfielder, so perfect match?
Yes he was a central miedfielder and a good one. Not the fastest but he was very Clever player.
