anybody watch it last night? i thought the coverage they showed was abysmal, the 2nd half were we took the game to spurs they showed f**k all apart from the goal & last min of injury time, not even friedel save which could have been the equaliser, turned off after that.

Not sure whether i should say this, but lawrenson did say he thought we would stay up and that "we" as in QPR should spend betwen 5 to 10 mill on a striker as we are creating chances but just cannot put them away.
MOTD always shows more highlights of the team that won than a fair balance of the game itself, which I suppose is fair enough.
Match of the Day long ago became nothing more than an opportunity for Mark Lawrenson to showcase his femininity and for Alan Shearer to showcase his inability to accept baldness. Spurs did play some great stuff although I think we gave them far too much respect first half. I'm sure 'arry will be a bit concerned that they weren't far from throwing it away against our relatively mediocre side.
