I agree that the coverage is a lot better. FLS takes the piss to be honest. They have one or two in which they show ridiculously extended highlights, they'll show the most pointless chance and talk about it for ages and then every other game just gets the goals. It's all well and good if you're the 'main' game but we never are (once in the last two seasons is it? Despite being top half of the table for most of that time) and it's always the same one or two teams that are on it. It obviously isn't easy to cover 72 clubs in one night but they could save a lot of time if they stopped over-analysing every single pass in the 'main' game, then maybe they'd have time to show more than just the goals in our game!

Just watched Watford v City highlights on FLS, this is all they showed:

    City's goal
    Watford's goal
    Fryatt/Koren chance
    2nd yellow card for Mariappa

    wow

There have been times when they've shown less than that. Often in a 1-1 game it'll literally just be the goals.

They really do lack link ideas. Every single time they show the team getting off the bus and then shaking hands before kick-off. Have a bit of invention.

Wilbraham up front for Norwich, how the hell he managed to play in the Premier League I'll never know but he made MOTD at least!

You have to be good to be in the premier league and we aren't.

And if we ever do get back and we start to lose, you and the whingers will be back saying how you hate being beaten all the time and not having a closer contested match. And i doubt you'd relish watching City being thrashed on MOTD.

You'll say differently after you read this, but ther comments some people wrote on the old BBC forums during our premeir league season, in particular after our initial decent spell and when the rot set in, were embarrassing & lacked any insight. Basically people got carried away with our success in the beginning and it didn't click with them that we would lose alot in the premier league.

That win against Arsenal at the Emirates was a one off. Great result but it'll be ages before we do that again.

As for the comment about the Allams ****in' us over, do you actually believe this? He splashed £50 million just to save us from administration again and possibly falling through the leagues. We could have ended up like Pompey. It's his money that's given us this opportunity, we've just got to work at it, but it takes time.

If we ever get back to the top flight then that'll go down as a big reason why.

I'm sure he'd rather be remembered as someone who played up front for nearly 80 minutes in a 2-1 away win at Spurs rather than someone who played up front for nearly 70 minutes in a 6-1 home loss against Man City (although it was only 2-1 when he got subbed).

If we signed Wilbraham, Andrews and Walters would it improve our current squad?

Wilbo was a Colin Murphy fave. He never did owt when he was here.

Andrews was Ok, but not a patch on Ash, nicknamed 'The crab' by many for his square passing

Walters played a lot of games for us and could never score- this was League One stuff

    I'll raise you Vaz Te

**** when he was on loan here, now a matchwinner at WHU.

    City Agro.. spot on..

Wilbraham scored two scruffy goals against Stockport and a header against Hudders at the KC and was a shower of ****.. Andrews was up his own ar*e and thinks he's better than he is and was **** again for us whilst Walters couldn't hit a barn door when he was last with us...and as for Vaz Te - wow!
