    Saturday´s win over Cardiff away
Was more than just three good points on the board,
One goal down early did not help the day
Nor two nil later, as Welsh humour soared

How would our young maestro turn things around
Did he even have a plan B in mind,
Very soon we saw the answer he´d found
As one Jerome had the win sealed and signed

But, more than only a personnel change
Happened in the away dressing room there,
Fighting talk hit all those who were in range
To go and give our fans something to cheer

Simple - you might say, but not all can do
Effective talking when the time is short,
Adams, who recently some would say - WHO?
Is showing he´s more than just a good sport

This was his first really dífficult test
Not the sort of place one can go and hide,
Many, being two down would then, at best
Have taken one point and been satisfied

But with this new ´win or die´attitude
Players and fans alike can´t help believe,
Irrespective, the nature of the feud
Always a winning chance they will perceive

And although Championship football it is
Rather than where we would all like to be,
Having things at last going with a whizz
Compensates greatly if you would ask me

So this was the most tangible sign yet
That Adams is more than finding his feet,
Good for McNally too, who laid the bet
That he would prosper up in the hot seat. OTBC

Excellent RBF and I posted on the 'Match Day Thread' about the possibility of taking Lafferty off and putting Jerome on.
WHAT a master stroke that turned out to be and WHAT a player we seem to have unleashed in signing Jerome!!!!

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN!!!! <ok>

Excellent from me as well RBF! I must admit that I wondered if Jerome would be primarily cover for injuries, but he was electric when he came on and turned the whole match around. I see he's saying that he's getting fitter, so it'll probably be the super-sub role for now, but he's clearly here to fight for a starting place.

What a 'super-sub' to have - one who can terrorise defences single-handedly especially as they are getting tired. I would love to see him and GH start together and see what they can do!!!

Certainly that game was the most impressed I´ve been with Adams and his staff, and great that the players weren´t afraid to respond to their demands. When the whole squad is fit, if that ever happens, he really will have a lovely problem on his hands, considering we´ve still to see Howson, Hooper, O-O, Miquel, and even Cuellar and Bassong ( if he ever gets his head right). Bright times ahead hopefully.:)

I think that time will come, JR, with Hooper in the centre, Grabban on the right and Jerome on the left! Redmond and Josh in the wings to come on against tiring defences!
