Moses Odubajo was interviewed on a podcast last week and discussed his career, injuries, and time at City. Comes across really well and I hope we see him playing in the top flight in the future. He deserves it.

That was a great interview, thanks for posting, KT. Real shame Dave got that injury at Grimsby, I thought he was going to be a big name in the Premier league.

Moses always came across as a top bloke, and that podcast just confirms it to me.

I recall some having a pop at him when he turned down his contract offer with us after we’d paid his wages throughout a sustained period when he was injured, I felt the same at the time because I was always looking forward to seeing him play for us again, and felt that he’d taken but wasn’t prepared to give, but listening to that interview it appears to me that for his mental well-being he just felt that he needed to be away for a fresh challenge. I’m pleased that listened to the full podcast as his leaving makes some sort of sense now.

    Thanks for posting it.

Indeed, I was there that night and it was a really innocuous moment when it happened.

Pretty sure we wouldn't have been relegated if he'd been fit that season.

A really good interview, he comes across really well. It does shed light on his reasons for not signing and I hope he goes on to be as successful as he promised to be in his first season with us.

That is a really good listen. What a great player he was and hopefully he can fulfill his potential. Good luck Mo.

I will never understand why supporters slag players off when they leave. For those who cannot listen until the very end. The quickfire ten questions included the following:

Best player you have played with: Tom Huddlestone. (Yay)
Worst trainer: Alex Bruce. (Surprised with that one).
Changing room clown: Robert Snodgrass. (Even more surprised with this).
Most spent on night out: £6k?
Most memorable moment: 1st training session after my knee (presumably that was the first comeback).
What would you have been if you weren't a footballer: Physiotherapist
Biggest regret: Not opening up when he had depression going through the two years when he wasn't playing for us.

    Thanks for posting Kirkella
