Moses Odubajo was interviewed on a podcast last week and discussed his career, injuries, and time at City. Comes across really well and I hope we see him playing in the top flight in the future. He deserves it.

Moses always came across as a top bloke, and that podcast just confirms it to me. I recall some having a pop at him when he turned down his contract offer with us after we’d paid his wages throughout a sustained period when he was injured, I felt the same at the time because I was always looking forward to seeing him play for us again, and felt that he’d taken but wasn’t prepared to give, but listening to that interview it appears to me that for his mental well-being he just felt that he needed to be away for a fresh challenge. I’m pleased that listened to the full podcast as his leaving makes some sort of sense now. Thanks for posting it.
A really good interview, he comes across really well. It does shed light on his reasons for not signing and I hope he goes on to be as successful as he promised to be in his first season with us.
