Interesting to read Morro's account of the Owls match, and the amount of verbal abuse he had to take throughout the game from Megson in his technical area. Shows that Megson is not just a rubbish manager he's a rubbish bloke as well.
It makes me wonder how I'd react if we ever made a really terrible managerial appointment. If the manager advocated ghastly football or was an utter twat (or as in Megson's case, both) I wonder if I could bring myself to go. Parky, for all his shortcomings, was a decent guy who you knew was trying his best. I just could not bring myself to get behind a plonker like Megson. One wonders why the 4th official didn't do something about this? If Morro could hear it I assume the 4th official could too.

My guess is that Megson feels a little stupid for letting possibly the best Centre Back in L1 join us (one of his biggest rivals) for only £250k in the summer.

Ye gods - from the initial match report and CP's comments afterwards, I thought this was a one-off remark, not a persistent sledging. You have to ask what the hell the referee and the lino were doing allowing it to continue. Disgraceful.

Have to admit after reading this last night I dont think I've ever heard such comments from a player towards any Manager or ex-manager in my life, no wonder the Bolton fans hated Megson. Wednesday really is a horrible club, sore losers the lot of them.
