So Becchio likely to go same way as the rest, off to Norwich. Strange no other club seem interested in our players. Now were getting no cash for Becks, I wonder how this will affect our other targets. Will gfh bates dip into their piggy banks or could another crown jewel be flogged in last few hours to raise funds. How good is Morrisson. I've no idea as I don't bother watching Norwich. Is he better or even as good as Becchio?
Eire, its being suggested elsewhere that the supposed deal being offerred is £3.5m + Morison. If true, I'd take that & buy a pacey winger either now if one happens to be available or in the summer
Moro was very good in the Championship for Millwall and good for us last season in the PL but for whatever reason, he has not been the same this season. Mighty will tell you Moro is lazy and at times that does appear to be true, or at least he doesn't look like he's trying as hard as he could/should. Maybe he just needs a change of scenery to get him going again but again maybe a year later he will be less effective. As for Becchio coming our way (if true), happy? I think so, he has scored lots of goals for you guys for a good few years but of course we have not seen him do it above Championship level so is a bit of a gamble. If Moro does sort himself out, you will have a good player more than capable of banging them in, so you might even gain something, on the other hand if he stays "lazy" then you will clearly lose out. I don't think we can lose out under the current circumstances as Becchio cannot be less effective than Moro has been so far this season.
Sounds okay but worried where Phil Hay says this morning, he believes this will be a straight swop. Hope he's not lazy as last thing we need right now.
This rumour came from the Mirror. Nowhere else is stating this. I wish people would stop taking this crap as absolute fact, it's just lazy journalism.
Becchio and £1m coming to us for Morison in exchange? I would drive morison there myself, he has been totally useless this season. I would of been up for us paying you £1m to take him off our hands! I don't see things the same a Thai. Morison was a decent championship player and banged in 10 goals (I think) in our first season in the prem. He is lazy and I can tell you Norwich supporters tend to be a little less vocal then Leeds supporters and the Norwich fans shout at him all game to move and put himself about. He is best at corners and set pieces. Morison is a decent Championship player that had a good half season in the prem, nothing more. Becchio is better than Morison.
It has a deeper basis than that, Marko. I've already posted 3 flavours of it. I've also seen another paper with a 4th flavour. Add to this the chatter on Waccoe about the odds on betting that LB's off to Norwich & a bit of a case builds up. (I'm not a betting man, but the guys all seemed convinced by the Norwich odds - 8/1 on versus the 'rest', which had wide odds).
Moro annoyed the **** out of me time after time when he stood waving his arms in the air waiting for a decision from an official rather then playing to the whistle. Aside from that he has deceptively quick pace and did cover every blade working his nuts off for the team.

Nah Becchio doesnt have any pace, in fact he doesnt seem to run much although he gets about the pitch! Dangerous in the box but doesnt contrubute to the overall game alot. I'm not knocking him, his goal tally speaks for itself and as soon as Warnock wanted him out it wouldnt suprise me if he targeted him for long balls to get the fans on side when he says 'we play better without becchio in the team' Well your the gaffer Warnock, you tell them how to play! I suppose it depends on how the two players fit in with the systems and players around them, so maybe not a fair question I could always ask a Norwich fan as they probably watch all our games circling like vultures!
According to BBC, Norwich are to sign Sierra Leone striker Kei Kamara subject to a work permit.. ..Would this mean they wont want Becchio?... Or more likely to push through a deal to offload Morison who slips further down pecking order?..
