Jolly good. I'm sure any English people in Ireland at the time will already be aware of this dance and will have made arrangements. We all love a bit of Morris dancing
Its gay men fiddling with each others parts whilst dancing naked and shaking their maraccas round the maypole. A ****ters past time.
please log in to view this image . Morris Dancing is a form of English "Folk" dance which celebrates the coming of harvest time for southern dandies and gaylords. The tradition can be traced back to late 14th century Englandshire and involves the use of music with a "hey-nonny-no " rhythm and the slapping together of sticks to represent the duelling of male reproductive organs. Later incarnations of the ritual also included the display of coloured handkerchiefs , to signal who was a giver and who was a taker. Early popular dances such as " Choke The Bishop " , Felch Me Though The Undergarments", " Ramming In The Springtime" and " My Maiden Is A Peachy - Buttocked Lad " still remain mainstays of english national culture and identity.
indeed it is. Worryingly , I havent been able to stop thinking of dubious titles for Morris Dancing songs; So much so Im thinking of starting a completely new thread dedicated to the gems my , ahem , research has unearthed.
