It was interested listening to Ian Holloway on the football league show late on Saturday describing the rule that has allowed Watford to make 11 international loan signings as "ludicrous". "They've got some world-class players that they've borrowed from almost one club," Holloway told BBC Sport. Loan deals arranged with foreign teams are recognised as transfers, meaning there is no limit to the number of loanees from overseas. Big game tonight folks, as we make the short trip to Boro. Surely, this is a must win game. Who should play, who should be dropped. What team would you play? Who thinks Warnock is the right man to carry us forward?
Morning El, yep I will be making pancakes. Not to keen on them myself but the kids love em. Lost faith in Warnock now, how are fans meant to be interested when he doesnt seem to be is beyond me. We are getting in about 2 or 3 shots a game, its not entertainment its basic football not utilising any players skills. I'd be happy to write this season of if Adkins is waiting in the wing, although the football he plays we may need another rebuild! good morning all you hard put upon Leeds fans. It never rains does it ...... bastard pours on us and never seems to end. The Midds game is a must win and in the last 2 games we've seen some green shoots ... well we played well enough to take 6-points but only got 1. We need to win tonight and then go on a run of 4 or 5 on the bounce home and away. We need to be seen as the dark horses coming up on the rails as the rest falter. The latest t/o stuff is now like a forest fire with story, after story from people in the know. Well I'll just sit back and see what happens and if indeed Adam is involved with a super consortium and GFH, well good because as long as we get some cash into this team, and show some ambition again, the better I'll feel. Our club is a laughing stock throughout football. Bates has raped it and yet is still around but had his gob shut. GFH fronted an adeal to take us over, which failed because of Bates and then they went it alone because they knew there was cash to be made, but still need investment to take us up to the prem. So GFH are looking at deals instead of running the club it seems. It looks like Harvey and bates are still doin that as GFH are doing wheeling and dealing in the background - hence been keeping quiet of late. When will it end and when will we get what we deserve after putting our cash into this lash-up
Morning Elland. Hadn't kept an eye on the Watford thing. Seems ridiculous but surely, the rule can be exploited by anyone then. Why are we not casting our net further. Our takeover/investment thing seems to be gathering pace. Three points a must tonight but I'm sure no one needs me to tell them that. Milwall back in the news again and of course nothing to do with their football as usual
Pancakes are ****. If they were that good people would have them all the time. Nobody I know eats them apart from on pancake day, which I thought was at Easter to be honest, and therefore proves my point. I rest my case and I thank you.
Personally I would rather eat Romanian horse meat than pancakes. But the wife and eldest lad love them so I'll end up having to make some

Watford do have class players the counter attacking football they played at Elland Road was very scary to watch
Pancake with beef gravy with chunks of beef is the best try it n let me know what you think. Every shrove Tuesday I feel like a asian. The minority and the person that people frown at for having gravy on my pancakes haha
Afternoon, all. Not tried gravy on a pancake. Must try it. We Jocks like our fried scotch pancakes. Lovely with a fried egg & bacon. Yummy. Anyway, back to the fitba'. Watford are playing by the rules, so good luck to them. We'd be delighted to get quality international loanees. Perhaps the authorities do need to have a look at the situation, but you can't moan after you play a team - it should have been at the start of the season to be taken as a considered opinion. Just sounds like sour grapes when you get the timing wrong like this. Anyway, you know what most of our loanees have been like. We'd probably get a crowd of old, has-been dicks if we tried to bring them in wholesale. We've got a wee bit of a track record, haven't we? Got to say this - we don't need to win tonight. Putting too much pressure on ourselves. There are umpteen clubs that can finish in the top 6 this season, and only a couple have shown anything like consistency. Everyone still has to play everyone, and it's a big melting pot this season. Can't remember it being so tight. Even the bottom club isn't too far off 6th place in terms of points. All to play for until the wire, I think (and hope).
