Morning Redmen, what did KK do with his thumb when shaking hands at full time?

When he shook Manchini's hand, he sort of put his thumb in his mouth? Was he calling Balotelli a baby?

Or maybe lets have a drink as it was Manchini's birthday as well? It was the wrong action for drink though
