    Good Morning everyone,

Hope everybody has had a good long bank holiday break, back onto business.............

Looks like the blunts are interested in Ben Parker. Wherever he goes, good luck to the lad, he showed so much potential, but was unlucky with injuries!

Bolton are after Lonergan. I must admit, after all the hype about him last season, I was quite disappointed, this would pave a way for Warnock to snap up Paddy Kenny, who would you rather have between the sticks, Kenny is getting on a bit.....

Two of the latest players we have been linked to are are Bright full back Calderon and ex lad Killgallon. From what I remember Killgalon was a centre back, very capable, getting on a bit now though, thoughts on them both?

All quiet so far with the takeover rumours, lets hope something happens today

Dilema. None of us are particularly fond of Bates, but, if these reports are to be believed, he is not well, and he is not getting any younger. Would anyone actually wish him harm?

Morning - My mind is blank with what to think or expect at the moment. I just wish that one way or another the proposed sale or takeover or cash injection would sort itself out one way or another so that we can see where we stand. IF the takeover goes through, I would hope that Warnock would be handed a war chest and that our targets might change a little.

If it doesn't go through (and working on a need to sell to buy basis) as long as we made £1 million swapping Lonergan for Paddy it would be a good move. Then again the merry go round would start; where has the money gone, would it be reinvested, who would we buy, who else would we sell and so on. As for Bates we all have to die one day and once you hit 80 every year is a bonus? He hasn't personally done me any harm and there would be enough people in the world wishing him bad karma without me adding any.

Good luck to Parker, nice kid and a pity it didn't work out at Elland Rd.

Regards Paddy Kenny I can not get excited about him joining or Lonergan leaving to be honest. If we are investing money like £500k I would prefer to see someone like Scott Carson or Alex McCarthy joining us.

As for Bates, he has a history of taking peoples money and leaving a trial of disappointment behind him. If I was Kenneth I would not expect a warm welcome at the pearly gates or any sympathy from the Leeds fans before I get there.

Would love McCarthy, we may be able to get him on a season loan with fee to buy at end.

I simply don't have the time to join the Bates queue of unhappy people, there's enough bad karma coming his way and no money in the world can stop it.

Morning all. Think I missed a trick with the Jubilee. My brother rowed in the regatta. My brother in law helped build the set for the concert on Saturday. All I did was go running in Milton Kenya, near Milton Keynes. Heyho, back to normality. Kilgannon coming in would be good. But who would you start with at CB? Pearce & Lees, Pearce & Killa, or Lees & Killa? Where does that leave Kisnorbo? Not the quickest CB but certainly the one most likely to stick his toe, head or any other part of his anatomy in the way.

I say good riddance to bates. He's spent his life ****ing people over to make a quick buck or even just to cause trouble for the sake of it. He goes around on his idealistic crusades to make the world fit with his vision that nobody shares and doesn't care how many people he ****s over in the process. Terrible businessman, terrible human being, world is better rid of him. Not saying I'd kill him, but if he was on fire and I had a glass of water, I'd drink it.

I'd be careful where you got the water from Marko. Bates would probably try and charge you for it.

You'd probably spit it all over the place from laughing at the old **** croaking it and end up putting the flames out by mistake. :(

I'd wait until he was dead, but yes I'd piss on him to put him out. The smell of burning flesh isn't great.
