Sorry Steve. Just having a bad day today. Someone somewhere is going to pay for Paynter having lost confidence. You don't go from 20 goals & top scorer in L1 to barely being able to hit the side of a cow with a banjo without something going wrong. Torres? Top scorer for Liverpool now can't score in a brothel. Find out what it is about both players that is stopping them from scoring, rectify the problem, & someone is going to pay.

Boggers I know you rate Paynter but he scored 29 goals in the league one season 345 games 83 goals 12 seasons works out at about 7 a season!!!
He really was just a one season wonder, look at his goals in other seasons. I have mentioned before my mate who watched him play week in and week out being a season ticket holder at Swindon and he was not upset in the slightest at losing him. He told me it really was a case of a fluke of a season and the ball evening bouncing off him and in the net from 2 yards out
