Good Morning, Last day of the transfer window, and the Mills deal could still happen!!! We are of course without a right back, doubt we'll ever see Connelly again. Was Warnock thinking about playing Robinson (Bolton) who is a left back, as a right back??? Going back to the Mills saga, a proposal has been put to the Foxes but, any deal will not materialise until at least tomorrow (today) with Mills having played in a behind closed doors friendly for City against Northampton Town yesterday afternoon. City manager Nigel Pearson has recently undergone a back operation and no decision will be made until he returns tomorrow (today).... Meanwhile Parker has returned to ER, as he is surplace to requirements at Carlisle. Maybe the Wall could take him?? MIDWEEK DEBATE Should fans pledge there support only to their local club? Are they real fans if they don't
surplace or surplus Carlisle fans where saying Parker was awful, and looked nervous in front of their massive 4,000 support haha
Well I've supported the whites for over 40years now, so I think I've earned the right be respected as much as any local. If you were to follow the support your local team theme, then Leeds United could have a 150,000 all seater..
I just googled that Liberian guy and found this http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://cdnstatic.expressen.se/polopoly/bilder/2009/11/01/1.1764142TS1278370219541_slot100slotWide75ArticleFull.jpg&imgrefurl=http://fotboll.expressen.se/allsvenskan/1.1764128/dulee-johnson-vill-vinna-for-min-dode-bror&h=312&w=420&sz=15&tbnid=KKabx-eShebQFM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=121&prev=/search%3Fq%3DDulee%2BJohnson%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=Dulee+Johnson&docid=_XDaLmjnpvboTM&sa=X&ei=rflNT8qNI4Ts8QOjo9XDAg&ved=0CDoQ9QEwAQ&dur=374 Net? Really? Still, he's from Liberia, he might be another of George Weah's "cousins" and to set up a goal for Barndoor Billy? Well he'd have to be the next Zidane!
Leeds United would be a shadow of the club they are now without the unwavering support of the Essex Whites & the numerous other RMC's spread out over the country & the rest of the world. They're every bit as passionate about the club as any local fans & it's what makes Leeds United the great club it is & sets us apart from the Leicesters, Southamptons & West Hams. Don't knock the non-local support, most other clubs look at our fanbase with envy. Morning btw
Morning - I doubt we shall ever see Connolly or Parker in a Leeds shirt again, I have never rated Parker and the sooner he is out the better, mind you I thought the same about Paynter and he scored two in a reserve game so could we see him given another chance, I would rather see Pugh or White at left back. It just saddens me that as we enter the last leg of the season we are not getting excited over new arrivals or how great a new signing or even loan signing is doing or even challenging for promotion, we look back and who would have predicted we would be ending the season minus Howson and Gradel and talking over if Paynter and Parker should be given a chance and if Bruce is going to remain our new right back
Morning all. Tradition has it that you tend to follow your father in the team you support. My father wasn't interested in footy at all. However, discovering growing up that I had family in Leeds & they being on TV at the same time was good enough for me. That was over 40 yrs ago. So does that make me any less of a Leeds fan than anyone else? I think not. Just think, had life been different, I could have become a 'Wall, Palace or Charlton fan. Heyho, so how many more is Warnock going to bring in before others are moved on? In that regard, worrying that Parker didn't shine at Carlisle. Me thinks that unless something changes, he'll be on his way permanently very soon. Good to see Paynter get another couple of goals, albeit against a less than full strength Boro team. Including the penalty, that's 3 in two games. Just think, some of you on here may have a lot of humble pie to eat as he scores the winner in the final of the play offs that then takes us up to the PL.
Morning all! My Grandad was Arsenal My Dad's Spurs My Uncle's Spurs My Mum was West Ham And im Millwall... Its like we do it too piss eachother off. Spose my kids are going to be Charlton just to piss me off!
Yes he is from Liberia, but he has a Swedish citizenship. And I have a feeling he is going to be signed today. But who knows, he could be really...........good
