I think the French do that on purpose. They think it's cool to swallow their words, and if it makes their language all the more unintelligible to Les Rosbifs, so much the better.

I went to night school to learn German and it was great fun. We used to rearrange the room as a bus, a restaurant, a train whatever so that we could role play in German. It was the best fun I ever had. The tutor would bring in bags of props for us to use and learn their names. I can get by for all I need in Germany.
That's the way to learn a language. I hated and almost feared French language lessons...Mademoiselles were all fierce.
Back on topic for a second, Opta tweeted earlier that Morgan has made more tackles than anyone else in the premier league (67 if you were wondering). I bet he's committed more fouls than any other player as well!
Im trying to learn Esperanto, so I have no need for any other language.

Probably correct, on the Lernu site it states there may only be around 2 million speakers in the world, but its also used as an Universal language in the original series of Star Trek, Shatner also made an Esperanto film so I guess he can speak it.

He's 11th in fouls per game. He was in the top five for a while I think but he's been on best behaviour since he's been on four yellows.
I remember having a meal in a restaurant in Strasbourg a few years ago and the menu was in French, German and what looked like some corrupt form of English.
The food was good though and so was the city.
A fierce Mademoiselle is not without a certain allure. Particularly an aloof Parisienne. That Gallic shrug, so punchworthy in a man, can be strangely admirable in a woman.
