we face another tough game away on saturday and morecambe are no mugs after doing the double over the shrews and beating runaway leaders chesterfield 2 nil on their own patch its not going to be an easy game despite their league position.we really need a win to keep the pressure on the chasing pack and hopefully those below us drop points.my prediction a 1-1 draw and more nailbiting waiting for other results to come in.

If I remember correctly didn't we struggle a bit against them at home? Our inconsistency makes it difficult to predict any match. One week I'll read a report full of praise; another week they are "a disgrace". In the one match I saw live they were very good for 20 minutes or so and should have put the game to bed in that spell. It seems that results these days depend very heavily on a bit of luck and the referee. Provided all members of the team are up for it and maintaine that attitude throughout the game I think it will be 1-1 or 2-2 and may even sneak a 2-1 win. Otherwis I fear a 2 goal defeat. Is it too much to ask for all the players to turn up and give 100+% effort for 90+ minutes? For those making the trip I hope they do and give you something to cheer about during the match and something to sing about on the way home. I do hope that Chesterfield don't start slipping up. We need them on form against Bury, Torquay, Gillingham and Port Vale.

3-0 at half time sounds like we were cruising. Interestingly the goal attempts were fairly even and (by our standards) quite high. Can't wait for the feedback.
