    Looked like the players were having fun as well on SSN.

    Crossbar challenge with some fans, Krul tried to trip over John Carver at one point <laugh>

    Knew someone would bring up jobs <doh>

    Good for the kids and good for parents, a nice day out and not having to splash the cash. Looks fun too.

    Oh I am sorry, please accept my humble apologies, I dread to think of you sat their slapping your own forehead in disgust.

    Half term completely slipped my mind. Does look like it was a good crack though.

    it was lovely to see and just nice for a change, free of charge, these interactions with the fans are a great gesture, we love newcastle and its hard to turn people or circumstances down when everyone's being positive

    Well i wouldn't want you getting yourself in a violent rage because some fans are enjoying a nice day out, but it does look rather spiffing. It's also nice to see them getting the fans involved.

    Aye it is nice, my comment was merely off the cuff, no offence intended. Great day out for the kids as you say.

    Don't know so much about that, lot's of kids had dragged their parents into the club shop and the tills were ticking over merrily.

    Disgraceful!!

    These guys are paid wages that we can only dream about, and what are they doing, just a few days before an important Rugger match, on Monday?

    Why, larking around in the sunshine, in shiny boots, that's what, as well as messing around with crossbar challanges and the like, trying to trip up members of staff, and generally larking about!

    I've not been so outraged since that last time I was outraged! Fine them all two weeks wages, that's what I say!!

    I think they should be made to pay for our ST's for such outlandish behaviour.

    I'd say this is just what was needed after Blackburn; a more restful training session for the players who lest we forget played the full 120 AND some good PR for the club in the wake of our exit from a good shot at silverware. (Y)

    Favourite moment seeing it on SSN, chatting to some kids:
    David Craig: "Who's your Newcastle hero then?"
    Kid: "Leon Best!"
    <laugh>
