29 years old next February. Tidy player with neat skill set. Can score but a bit light weight like Routledge. Think he plays more central though. Hasn't featured much over the past couple of seasons has he? Still, if Warnock's targetted him, must think he can do a job...
As much as I think he's useless, always has been and is one of the worst players to ever play at such a high level for so long I reckon Warnock could get the best out of him and the one thing he does have, a half-decent engine and bit of pace, is what we lack.
Certainly not young, but maybe hungry. He has played 21 times for England and went to the 2006 World Cup, so he must be a good player. I assume he can play wide as well as through the middle. Trying not to judge after last close season.
