The curse of twitter strikes again.. The racial abuse of a Sunderland footballer on Twitter is being investigated by police. Fraizer Campbell was sent a message, from an account which no longer exists, after he made a comment in support of Estonia ahead of a Euro 2012 play-off. The 24-year-old striker, formerly of Manchester United, described the tweet as "disgraceful". A Northumbria Police spokesman said: "We are aware of the matter and inquiries are being made into it." The message was retweeted (forwarded) by Mr Campbell, who said: "Wow just seen this tweet! Disgraceful." He also linked to a picture of the Show Racism the Red Card organisation's logo. Police recently arrested two teenagers as part of an investigation into a similar incident involving Newcastle United's Sammy Ameobi. The pair were later released on bail http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-tyne-15725537
These people are the real minorities, they're dying out fortunately, most people agree that they are complete ****s...
What was said? Thinking back to the late 70's, some of the black lads got dogs abuse. Thankfully things have changed for the better. Ask Cyril Regis what went on & I've seen it at Roker Park back in those days. England back then was like what it is in Russia & the Balkans now. Shameful.
No place for it probably mindless idiots who support Newcastle and think they are being big and clever, when they aren't.
Someone called him a big ****in ******.....nice. These idiots along with the tools that gave Sameobi abuse are giving the North East a bad name. If they want to behave in such an archaic fashion then they should be dealt with as such, chop off their fingers and they'll have nothing to type with
I thought we had left all that behind now. Oh well! The only language these people understant is a ****ing good howking!
