Its amazing what a bit of collective belief can do... There was no man of the match for me tonight as EVERYONE battled like their NPC future depended on it (only right seeing as how it does)... EVERYONE chased and harried, there were very few uncontested balls which made a HUGE difference and EVERYONE picked themselves up and went again after the 2 setbacks plus, the 12th man also turned up tonight.... Oh and to add to this, tonight we saw the emergence of Joe Bryan who I thought made a fine debut. He was clearly playing to instruction but seemed to have time and space on the ball and was very composed playing some very decent balls to a red shirt, I reckon he only missed one pass all night. Hopefully, this is another nail in the coffin of the ridiculous notion that our accademy is no good as we now have; Ribeiro Wilson Edwards Bryan and probably more, these guys have played together for a while now and there is a nucleus of a side there, given the opportunity. BLOODY BRILLIANT LADS, COYR'S...!!!!
Completely agree prem. Every player out there gave it their all and it has to be the same team against Cardiff on sat as far as i'm concerned. Foster as a right winger instead of Albert meant Carey had a hell of a lot more support against Dyer who was a handful to say the least tonight. Top perfomance from both players and fans, vast improvement and hope for more of the same!
