Just posted this on the Sunderland board.

"Following the “exchange of views” between Steve Bruce and Houllier, I see he (Houllier) is now responding on SSN to Ian Holloway’s charge of publicly unsettling Charlie Adam by attacking a sell-on clause in Holloway’s contract. This agreement is perfectly legal by the way, having been negotiated between the two parties i.e. Blackpool Football Club and Holloway prior to Holloway taking charge of the club.

1. Houllier “It’s none of my business…….” None of this stuff about ‘not wanting to interfere with the affairs of other clubs’. He then goes on to express his opinion as though it IS his business.
2. Houllier “I don’t want to comment………..” then proceeds to do exactly that.
3. Houllier “Don’t forget, I’m not Scottish, Irish or English………” seemingly implying there is some sort of vendetta against him by other managers. Now the last time I looked the managers of Arsenal, Wigan, West Ham, etc did not fall into this category either.

Thoughts?"

On nightshift tonight Bob. Think I might have had a bit too much to drink, as I normally hear every word you say, moment, while I pour another Bacardi and coke, will make it a biggun, back in a jiff,,,,,,,,,,,,Reet Bob, ad a quick jimmy while I was standing, thought it would be better than when I`m a bit chemist and prone on the couch, looking at your article, its all becoming much clearer now. Thats the power of the beer goggles I suppose, as for vendetta, I used to quite like him, and had a lot of empathy when he was ill, all thats gone now. turns out he`s just another cowardly back stabbin git, the kind of folks that left our grandads stranded at Dunkirk. says it all realy. clever article tho.
