...... they just keep coming don't they? I can't remember a season with so few 'meaningless mid-table clashes' as they like to call them. Tonight could see a point gained against Man City as pure gold if the other results go our way. 3 points would be like winning a cup final ............. well almost Fulham could see the confidence gained, from their point at Old Trafford, fade away if they lose heavily at home to Liverpool. If they're still bottom tonight I think they're down. They have 7 'six pointer' relegation matches after tonight plus Chelsea H, Everton H, Newcastle H, Man City A & Spurs A. I'd like Swansea to win at Stoke as they won't go down but Stoke could. Stoke look cosy in 14th but they're only 2 points ahead of us and have a worse goal difference. After tonight they're away to Man City and home to Arsenal so we could still be close to them after the next few games. Everton need to win at home to Palace to keep pace with Spurs in 5th position. Palace have 4 of the next 6 away then Chelsea at home. Just like Stoke they're 2 points ahead with a worse goal difference. I don't go along with the 'Palace are safe' stuff, they're at the bottom because their team/squad isn't that good. Some people keep saying we could be 'cut adrift' after the next few games but we won't .......... the teams around us are at the bottom for a reason and won't storm away. This is a fight to the death and there are loads of teams still in it. Arsenal v Man Utd Everton v Crystal Palace Man City v Sunderland Newcastle v Tottenham Stoke v Swansea Winners in bold
Typical Terry posted a good one yesterday. Moyes to Fergie, "I think we can finish 2nd." Fergie, "Yes, in every game."
I have a feeling Man Utd might just turn it on tonight and beat Arsenal... I'll go with: Arsenal v Man Utd Everton v Palace Man City v Sunderland Scum v Tottenham Stoke v Swansea
Arsenal v Man Utd Everton v Crystal Palace Man City v Sunderland (Jozy hat-trick - he has to score one day...) Newcastle v Tottenham Stoke v Swansea Or is this a wish-list...?
I wouldn't mind losing to City as long as the performance was decent and one of Jozy or Scocco scored.

Could be worse for those who travelled down tonight. Everton P-P Crystal Palace Heartbreaker. A Malaysian Everton fan of 30 years was finally ready to watch his team live for the first time tonight, taking this picture before the postponement. http://news.bbcimg.co.uk/media/imag...6266_4a860ae6-685d-4f78-85aa-153fa5ae2baf.jpg
