http://www1.skysports.com/football/...e-for-Queens-Park-Rangers-defender-Clint-Hill Sky Sports understands Leeds United are lining up a move for Queens Park Rangers defender Clint Hill. Leeds tried to sign Hill during the loan window and boss Neil Warnock is keen to bring in the defender during this month's transfer window. Despite being a regular in the QPR side lately, Harry Redknapp is thought to be willing to let Hill move on as he looks to aid his own transfer plans. Hill's contract at Loftus Road expires at the end of the season and Leeds are thought to be willing to offer the 34-year-old a long-term deal to lure him to Elland Road. Warnock is a big admirer of Hill having worked with him at Crystal Palace and QPR and he sees him as a key addition to his squad as he can play at centre-back or left-back. FFS!!! No!!!
He's old, he's not technically gifted, he's and up and at em type of player and he knows Warnock, he'll fit in 100% at Leeds United. Sad to think this calibre of player is all we have to get excited about, even with new owners. Maybe it's just the start of big things to come and utter useless things to leave. EDIT: Look for Ian Harte rejoining on a year long contract. He may be young for Warnock, but he's got the experience!
This player will not fix ANYTHING. Our problem is creativity, controlling the midfield and getting forward...
