According to H&J on talk sport their guy they talk to called tim vickery who is their Brazilian correspondant said QPR wont get a work permit for Henrique due to not having an ec passport or not playing for brazil at senior level he said we are holding our hopes on him playing for the under 20 he also said he didnt think he was the best player in the tournament infact he didnt think he was the best player in the team,also he said this guy was petulant thats all we need another AT your thoughts.
Well I think it is obvious the guy wasn't going to be that good, he was overlooked by Madrid, Barca etc. If he was half decent he would have been picked up by them
It's only opinions, and at the end of the day, MH has targeted him, but the paperwork could be done in time if you have the right people, but we had similar issue with Darnel Situ, from Lens, and because the paperwork was not done in time, Situ's move was blocked by Fifa last summer over international clearance issues, which have only now been completed this January window. So if you really want this guy, you'll need to pull out all the stops before the deadline! Paperwork aye..............

This is PRECISELY why WE are able to get him. If he was THAT good, we couldn't afford him and we never would've heard of him at all anywhere near us. But he is good enough for us to help us, at least!

At the back of this story many journo's have caveated that the lads work permit would not be a formality due to non EC passport problem. Getting a work permit is no easy task just because the lad plays football. The criteria are very strictly applied.
