Noticed this story while flicking through the news. The long and short of it is that a guy has been charged with 'rape, threats to kill and threats to damage property'. The charges relate to an incident/s with his wife. Now, of course, no one has the right to threaten to kill his wife or burn her house down but I was a bit miffed that a man can be charged with raping his wife. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-northern-ireland-14312694 Thoughts?
We had this debate the other day and it was pointed out that a husband can be charged with raping his wife.
Stupid sod should have made it clear that he was going to do her up the dinner dumper - he'd have got away with it then.......
As was also discussed on here the other day if he had used the back door then there would be no rape charge
The law on marital rape only changed in the late 90s. Before then you could exercise your conjugal rights at will, as long as you didn't cause ABH or GBH at the same time of course. Even if you did, you'd only be in trouble for the assault rather than the rapery. My wife goes mental if I piss in the shower, I'd hate to see her reaction if I raped her!
Who wouldn't mind being raped by a woman.. unless she's one of the williams sisters! Buff as ****! scary
Saw that episode on Dr phil, they called it, Ripped out fireplace arse. Felt really bad hearing toby's story..
