Lets just hope we get a back up striker in soon. We still need some cover there.

thought the OP was going to say .....on holiday to Turkey for a well deserved rest

Personally I like him and his laid back style, Bob Marley esque <whistle>

Gutted a little bit for Luke Moore. Didn't do much wrong when he started for us and always seemed to be a bit unlucky.

Signed him and not long after we signed Fabio Borini !

Borini left we then signed a club record fee for Danny Graham.

Graham left after the emergence of Michu as a centre forward !

Im not saying for one minute that he should have been ahead of the above mentioned players I am saying that given his limited game time he did well enough to pick up his wages as a number 3 for us, I am sure his game is perfectly suited to Euro football, he has great technique and the pace is a bit slower.

Laudrup has his reasons I guess but if/when luke goes I think he will always get a warm welcome down at the Liberty :)

Agree. Given his limited appearances he did well for us. Wish him every success.
