1 Lewis Hamilton - 9 Pole and a dogged race after start to force Rosberg into making an error
2 Nico Rosberg - 6 Two costly errors in the race handed win to Hamilton. Will need to show he can take the pressure
3 Felipe Massa - 8 Much better from Massa. Best of the rest. Solid race with little pressure once Hamilton got past.

4 Valtteri Bottas - 9 Not sure who was at fault for the start, but great show of overtaking again to claw back to 4th.
5 Daniel Ricciardo - 9 What more can be said about this boy?
6 Sebastian Vettel - 7 Out Q'd his teammate, but again fell back in the race
7 Sergio Perez - 8 Improved performance, just what he needed
8 Jenson Button - 7 Thought he was going to do better after early practices. Brought back some good points though.
9 Kimi Raikkonen - 5 pfft, Kimi who?
10 Kevin Magnussen - 8 Dogged rive again, but is straying to the limits of what is acceptable defending.

11 Daniil Kvyat - 8.5 Strong drive from the back of the grid until late brake failure made him brown his trousers. Gets 0.5pts just for missing everyone and keeping it out of the barriers.
12 Nico Hulkenberg - 6 Strange strategy, unless he overused his tyres before he was due to.
    13 Jean-Eric Vergne - 6 A bit anonymous this weekend.
14 Pastor Maldonado - 6 see above, but in a way that is good for him
    15 Adrian Sutil - 6 as above
16 Romain Grosjean - 7 Hard to judge as the car is such a dog. No doubting the effort he is putting in.
17 Kamui Kobayashi - 8 Great comeback and won the battle of the backmarkers.
    18 Jules Bianchi - 7 Solid job
19 Marcus Ericsson - 5 He should do the decent thing and give his drive to someone who deserves it.
20 Esteban Gutierrez - 4 Deserved his race penalty. Shocking piece of awareness

    - Fernando Alonso - 7 Does what he can with the car, but can't help feeling his driving his suffering from lack of motivation
    - Max Chilton - 4 Poor weekend even by his standards.

1 Lewis Hamilton - 9 - slipped up at the start, otherwise supreme, don't know how much of that was down to the car
2 Nico Rosberg - 6 - two big mistakes and also made a bad call on set-up that left him trailing Hamilton
    3 Felipe Massa - 8 - can't ask for much more really
4 Valtteri Bottas - 8 - unlucky to get bunched up with Hamilton at the start but recovered well
5 Daniel Ricciardo - 8 - a slow start but again he recovered well
6 Sebastian Vettel - 6 - once again zero excuses for being beaten by his team-mate
    7 Sergio Perez - 9 - a supreme performance to hold seventh
8 Jenson Button - 8 - still wringing performance out of a Mclaren clearly lacking in mechanical grip
9 Kimi Raikkonen - 6 - comprehensively beaten by Alonso again
10 Kevin Magnussen - 7 - see Button. Loses one mark for the reckless manuevre on Bottas that led to his penalty
11 Daniil Kvyat - 9 - this guy will be in a Red Bull by 2016
12 Nico Hulkenberg - 5 - had damage to his car and a poor strategy but was also anonymous in qualifying. A poor weekend by his standards
    13 Jean-Eric Vergne - 4 - appears to have completely given up
14 Pastor Maldonado - 7 - well, he wrestled that godawful Lotus into a position to beat both Saubers so I guess that's something
    15 Adrian Sutil - 5 - he was racing?
16 Romain Grosjean - 6 - didn't do much except get crashed into, which makes a change
17 Kamui Kobayashi - 8 - managed to come out best of the Caterham/Marussia battle despite skipping FP1
18 Jules Bianchi - 6 - like Hulkenberg, let down by his own high standards
19 Marcus Ericsson - 3 - has now been beaten comprehensively by every single team-mate including one who hadn't driven an F1 car before
20 Esteban Gutierrez - 3 - showed pace in FP1, which is more than Ericsson. Shame he wasted it
    - Fernando Alonso - 8 - summed up his entire career at Ferrari that race, drove really really well and the team let him down
    - Max Chilton - 2 - half a second slower than his team-mate in qualifying and then a hilarious crash.

1 Lewis Hamilton - 9 Did well to beat Rosberg after the poor start, everything else is a formality in his car though.
2 Nico Rosberg - 6 Should have done better when Hamilton was stuck behind Massa, two big mistakes.
3 Felipe Massa - 9 His best drive since 2010

4 Valtteri Bottas - 9 Got the most out of it after the start and poorly timed stop.
    5 Daniel Ricciardo - 9 Brilliant overtaking
6 Sebastian Vettel - 7 Finishing behind Ricciardo has become routine for the 4X WDC. Its a bit embarrassing. Solid enough in this race though.
    7 Sergio Perez - 8 Great defending
8 Jenson Button - 6 Seemed to come off worse in every battle. The McLaren clearly lacked race pace in his defence.
9 Kimi Raikkonen - 4 Way off Alonsos pace. Lucky to score any points.
10 Kevin Magnussen - 5 Needs to stop throwing away good results. Great Qualifying though.
11 Daniil Kvyat - 8 Unlucky not to get tenth.
    12 Nico Hulkenberg - 5 Anonymous.
    13 Jean-Eric Vergne - 6 Anonymous, but in a worse car
14 Pastor Maldonado - 7 Anonymous , but for Pastor thats a good thing.
15 Adrian Sutil - 5 Who? Finished behind a Lotus.
    16 Romain Grosjean - 6 Anonymous
17 Kamui Kobayashi - 8 Did all he could.
    18 Jules Bianchi - 7 Eh.
    19 Marcus Ericsson - 5 slow.
20 Esteban Gutierrez - 3 What an awful attempt at a pass on Grosjean

21 Fernando Alonso - 8 Was ahead of Raikkonen by a mile, so i guess he got the best out of it
    22 Max Chilton - 2 - Was Max Chilton.

I would give Massa an extra point for Hamilton's overtake of him. They were like two professional, they kept it clean in a corner where you don't expect to see a lot of overtakes. It almost looked like synchronised swimming at more that 100 miles an hour... was beautiful to watch. (And especially the history between those two.) lol

Slipped up? Or technical issue with the car?

Think the basic problem for Hamilton at the start was that the car wouldn't go into launch mode.
