The board have got to publicly back monks till the end of the season,stability goes a long way

Uncertainty regarding his future does not phase the supreme leader Garry Monk.

If we achieve another result at Liverpool he can be elevated from supreme leader status to replace Vincent Tan as 'the emperor' there's no greater incentive than that.

I don't like these so called Directors of football, What are they there for other than put the manager under pressure....Monk is the only one to call the shots as it's his job on the line and he don't want any director of football interfering with his job.....
