We could probably get one or two good years out of Garry Monk and I would be happy for him to come on board. Maybe Carey and Monk could be rotated with one another as a partner for Fonts? Fonts has always looked a better player in an experienced defence. I wouldn't mind Darcy Blake either, outstanding for Wales under Gary Speed and I can't quite understand why he's never made it at Cardiff.
