Just out of curiosity RM, does your `system` throw up better odds? I know it`s a value bet but I`ve never been keen on odds on. Too much to go wrong for a bet in the bookies favour. If you see what I mean.
Yeah I understand Pops.....Although I shop around for better prices, I only use W.Hill, Coral and Ladbrokes shop coupons because many of my older punters don't do online betting. On average Coral are usually better value. All that said, my system doesn't take prices into consideration. Instead, the criteria which I input into the formula throws out a list of, 'more likely potential match winners'.....and from this list I pick what I think are the better value starters.
Right. I see. What I was thinking about is if your system showed up anything like say, a next best lucky 15 with odds at about 11/8 ish. Something like that. 2 winners= money back 3 winners = small profit 4 winners = tyvm. That kind of thing. No matter mate. Just curiosity that was all.
To get your money back from a 4 team lucky 15 with say only two winners, you'd need those two winners to both be about 2/1 = 1 x Double = 2/1 x 2/1 2 x Singles = 2/1+ 2/1 2 x Losers Not many 2/1 selections, or higher, come out of my system, mores the pity Pops.
Huh. ****e system in that case. I know what you`re saying mate & I realise the work you put in but I baulk at the odds being in the bookies favour every time. That`s probblies just me being a tight fisted owld twat though.
