It will be the first team players at North Ferriby and some of the juniors at Winterton.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect too much in terms of first teamers.

Know how you feel. My girlfriend lives in Winterton so I could easily go there to watch the game; yet I live in Anlaby which is only a 10 minute drive from Ferribly. Decisions Decisions. If you can afford it (£7.90 return on the Fastcat to Hessle) I'd go to the Ferriby game, if not I hear the burgers at Winterton are terrific! One way or another I'm sure you'll have an ace time, and it's nice to know there's another sensible person in that town that's populated with Scunny fans.

It is a tough choice. The food at Winterton or the first team at Ferriby...

Food at Winterton is very average, not sure which this myth of good food comes from.

Last year you could even see them taking the pies out of the Asda's home branded packaging, looked absolutely horrible.

Where as Ferriby has at least some decent food, well it does at North Ferriby games can't remember last years.

I expect to find Radio Blunderside at Ferriby (Burnsey likes their pies) Not sure about Tigers Player as there won't be video coverage (other than Ferriby's own on YouTube in a week or so)

Agree about the food at Winterton, I had a pie there last year and it was a bit naff. The food at Ferriby is much nicer and is cooked in front of you. Pie, chips, peas and gravy. It's the tits.

As for coverage, expect to see a highlights reel later in the week, but that aside I've always relied on Rick or other people at the game. Can we not get a Not606er into the press boxes?

Yeah, I've sat in it. The Internet isn't great, but anybody with 3G won't have a problem. We need updates from Winterton and Ferriby; team news, score updates and, most importantly, what colour shirt the referee is wearing.

HDM say as expected, the majority of the first team will be at Ferriby this evening. Curtis Davies and Allan McGregor expected to make their debuts. Maynor Figueroa won't feature in either friendly as he still needs to build up his fitness. Joe Dudgeon is set to appear on his return from injury. At least one first team player will be at Winterton as Aluko is expected to play there tonight.

Well that's bloody annoying. Just bought my ticket for Ferriby in hope Aluko would be playing! Ahh well looking forward to seeing McGregor's debut; wonder if Steve Harper might pop down for a gander?

Any tips for where to park tonight?

I'm off to Duke beforehand, could I leave it there? Will the streets be too crammed?

    Thanks in advance.

If you get there early enough, you can usually park on the roads around the ground without much trouble. However, with it being a sell out, you're better off parking at the Duke if you're going to be in there before the game. Just be sure to get there early to avoid busyness.

Yeah you should be fine then. First time in 5 years I've missed this game, I have to work late so I'll be catching updates online.

The beer in the club house is good stuff as well, if you get a chance to sample it.
