Alright chaps, just been watching the build up to the West Brom vs Southampton game and in the interview's with either manager a couple of points certainly made me think about us at this current moment.

the first point was made by Steve Clarke, he said that with Zacub and Mulumbu once you have a solid foundation in the middle of the park it gives you a platform to attack the game.

the second point was made by Adkins who spoke about that fact that they look to attack every game and if they get there creative players (Lallana and Ramirez) on the ball in the right areas then they have a chance.

Those two points might be basic but it seems like they are totally being forgotten about it in our team talks and tactics, in the middle of the park we certainly lack a top class player to play next to Catts which needs addressing in January BUT our current squad is miles better than how we are playing.

Come on Martin lets be adventurous and attacking as far as tactics go, if we go to Everton and get turned over 2-0 then I will be fine with that as long as the tactics are right and we cause them problems, it will be a start, cannot take another game of that ***** even if it gets us a point.

If you are expecting MON ever to play attacking expansive football, you are in Cloud Cuckoo Land mate.

MON always tries to build from the back not the middle mate and, as Bart says attacking pretty football isn't his bag.
