Constitution Hill set to reassessed then with the result out tomorrow morning (currently he's on a stratospheric 175). Anyone got any views on his perch of the morrow??? I'm not for one second saying he's going to fall to the level of being allocated 10 stone 4 lbs in this (yes this) terms William Hill Handicap Hurdle (formerly the Betfair), at Newbury, but a downward hike does seem highly likely to me. Or alternatively does the handicapper say - Constitution Hill was obviously not right last week, never ran his race, that wasn't his true form and leave him on 175?!? Fascinating to see the outcome.
Constitution Hill finish well behind horses rated 140s/early 150s and 5 lengths in front of a 137 rated no hoper at Punchestown. Not sure how the handicapper can objectively assess that performance in the context of a revised rating.
