Knocked himself in his box overnight so sadly wont be running.
Not on Tivoli now either! Old boy Atzeni doing the honours aboard that filly.
Returns at Lingers Park on Purser (2.25) before then riding Damocles (4.00). Rather a hectic first day back for the old boy as he then heads to Chelmsford to partner Heather Lark, what a lovely name for a filly by the way, in the 10 furlong maiden (8.45).
Purser looks a lovely return ride for Rab Havlin as he last ran in the Group 3 ‘Solario’ whilst tomorrow’s heat is a far, far, far more lowly class 5 novice event! Will be a surprise if Purser doesn’t collect whilst his other 2 mounts must be considered to have leading claims as well. What a comeback that would be if all 3 obliged!
We had him booked for Squire SBC but we were all waiting on Mr G's decision as to where Rab was going.
Immaterial to us now as Squire has banged himself in his box overnight AGAIN. No harm done but a slightly swollen leg, enough to stop him taking part.
Bugger. Unfortunately these things happen. Good to see Rob back. Just need Squire back now
