Few i fancy tomorrow so done ew lucky 31, thought i'd get them on now as i'm working 6am till 8pm tomorrow and have no access to my phone or the internet at work.

2:40 Ayr - Kings Chorister 13/2
3:15 Ayr - Boruma 12/1
3:40 Plumpton - Reblis 9/2
4:00 Wolverhampton - Mont Ras 7/1
4:10 Plumpton - Lilywhite Gesture 11/2

Willie Hall @ Ayr 3:50 is taking my fancy. Couple of wins here in January so knows the way round. 5/1

Couple of talking points, methinks:
  1. How much are Victoria Pendlebury and Andy Stewart getting paid re the biggest face in racing since that A.P. chaps ‘last day’??? The latter I fear is in danger of, at a stroke, destroying all the goodwill and admiration he build up in the days of Big Bucks, and
  2. Just when you thought Channel 4 Racing couldn’t get any worse on Saturday up pops the dreadful Plunkett mare. Her interview with Barry Gerraghty that afternoon was pure Alan Partridge. She shouted a barrage of questions at him then moving onto the next before he could even answer. Although he did give her an extremely strange look when she made the dappy point that in that J.P. chap ‘he couldn’t have a better boss’! Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm, hello?!?

Woeful few days with little to show for it, so time to get back on track.
Two of interest today:

Albahar in the 3.05 at Plumpton
Takingrisks in the 3.15 at Ayr ( how very apt - should really couple that with Question of Faith! )

My record over the past few days has been dreadful; you have been warned.

Managed to put a bit in the piggy bank for Cheltenham, STH, after a long time in the doldrums. Keeping my options open for the Festival, I do not play ante-post nowadays, prefer to wait to bet on the day. Prices are almost always very good.

So the one I opted not to choose wins nicely ...

And there was an Attwater outsider storming home at Wolves ...
