I've had a slice of EVS about Makari winning the 1.45 at Southwell - I was impressed by his debut for Mr Henderson at Fakenham, taking care of a couple of John Ferguson beasts with a minimum of fuss, and he should come on for that. Nice little race for a Monday with the runners of Jonjo, Vaughan and George also looking like nice prospects.

A former Henderson inmate, Joseph Lister, also catches the eye in the 2.15. His 2nd last time out behind Tony Star looks rock solid form.

Win singles and a double.

Best of luck everybody <ok>

very quiet here this morning,
does anyone have any views or opinions about capa bleu,
after his grand national adventures just feel this might be a bit of a pipe opener?
Always ready to be proved wrong.

Interesting that Makari has gone to Henderson. Think he cost something like 100,000gns and wasn't delivering last season.

I would echo that. One to watch for me, and hopefully they won't mess him around too much this year.

Hmmm...RV .. I'm guessing your salutation was innocent finger trouble or are we now seeing the all-inclusive nature of the NOT606 membership ?

Am on the double with Oddy - lets hope they scoot home !

Stay lucky

Nahhh it wasn't. Just the all inclusive nature for you. Are you deeply offended by the term gays ? I find them rather funny and friendly tbh certainly wouldn't start crying on if someone dared to say the term gays on a forum heyyy hooo lets go

Well done, RV, top marks. Bringing the old daily thread back to its correct topic. Chicken stew, with dumplings, for me. 9/10 from me. It would have been 10/10 but my usual gripe about them cutting the carrots too thickly remains.

Cappa Bleu fans. This one is in the ‘Betfair Chase’ in 12 days time...is this his ‘prep’?!?

Got to be harsh at times, RV, otherwise standards would drop.

22 remain in Paddy Power’s version of the Gold Cup, people. Poquelin continues to head the weights and Mr Henderson has 4 left in - Quantitativeeasing, Tanks For That, Nadiya de La Vega and Triolo d'Alene

Try telling rustlers that. They invented the meatball sub that is a perfect 10/10 without doubt

6/10 I say Redgull that is not acceptable grub. Pepsi max and galaxy caramel scores a 8/10 from me.
