OK, so given the lack of tennis talk on this forum I doubt I'll be getting any replies, but...
Melzer 6-4 6-4 Federer is a massive shock! Unbelievable Austrian tekkers from the big man. The semi-final draw now looks like this:

Nadal / Ljubicic vs Murray / Gil
    Melzer vs Ferrer / Troicki

I can't really see past Nadal winning this, but any thoughts on the rest of the tournament or the clay season in general?

NB: Mods, does tennis have to be right at the bottom of the homepage? Perhaps I'm biased, but I'd guess that it's more popular than Darts, Gaelic Games and the US sports? I think a lot of people would never look this far!

Increasing feeling that I'm talking to myself, however:
    Murray 6-2 6-1 Gil
    Nadal 6-1 6-3 Ljubicic
    Ferrer 6-3 6-3 Troicki
    Melzer 6-4 6-4 Federer

leaves us with a tantalising Nadal vs Murray showdown, while Melzer v Ferrer should be a battle for runner up! Anyone think Andy has a chance against the King of Clay?

    tantalising Nadal vs Murray showdown?

Nadal is king of clay for a reason. Murray can try, but his best wont be nearly enough to pose any threat to Nadal.

Didn't see it, but sounds like Murray did give Nadal a scare, especially injured. Can't see past Nadal beating Ferrer for an incredible 7th straight Monaco!

I'll miss the tennis board on 606 when it's finished.

The amount of stars they rate the articles is phenominal.
