MON - The first thing he needs to do

Apart from the obvious and turn the results around he needs to get Sess committed to the club. There has been rumours over the last few weeks about Sess wanting to go back to France, MON if as it seems is appointed in the morning needs to sit down with Sess and tell him how big of a player he can be for us, we cannot afford to lose our best player.

 

I'm sure MON will have his own ideas of how he wants the team to play, Sess might not even figure in his plans, along with a few others. I bet Catts is chewing toffee buttons, he's not MON's type of player, he's got no discipline.

 

or maybe he can get him to control himself a bit more because he has been a lot lot better this season imo

 

Sell the whole team, buy a new one and then put this year's Toon season review on for them to see what good looks like...
