    I have noticed this word being used alot recently and I'm sure it's a load of bollocks!!!!! This is a game of football not the ****ing bobsleigh for heavans sake, Confidence perhaps yes but momentum give me a ****ing break.

    momentum is key... as SAF will testify to... i.e. once you start winning it becomes a habit.

    What are you going on about? Putting a few wins together breeds confidence to get yet more wins, which is what momentum means in football.

    Exactly its confidence then!!!! What next when teams are not confident are they going to say gravity is working against them? It's a word someone used once and now all the ****ers are on it. Ian Dowie I'd be surprised if he knew what words mean yet he clearly looks up words in the dictionary and waits for an opportunity to throw a few in.
