Lot of anger over this a few years back Pressure forced the cartoon to not show Mohammed as a character n the end.... However 2 years previously they had already shown Mohammed in the episode "jesus and friends" There was no outrage then Sometimes people go looking to be offended Mostly this spurs on the offenders Try not to go looking for offence and you'll be a happier bunny
No they never. It was only the second time they attempted to show him that caused the outrage. The first episode "Super Best Friends" was shown repeatedly on U.S television and across the globe without any major death threats or bombing campaigns. That episode was shown months before 9/11. It was only post 9/11 and the Danish "bomb" cartoon that Muslims started getting queer about it. Try being factual rather than just mouthing off fanny-features.

From what I understood, they did use Muhammed before. But then they were pressured into not using him later. I think the difference really was the first was not really publised at all while the latter was. Them changing it was also funny. They still got a reaction both ways. The South Park lads are pretty smart.
Haha this. I was a family guy man until I went to uni and got south park spoon fed to me. They're creative comedy genius' who should be given some form of political power.
Oh don't get me wrong. Family guy is and always will be my fave. I had just never got into watching Sputh Park and always though it paled in comparison. 'at least it isn't raining....'
