Dorset has gone as a Mod on here.....don't think he has been to well as of late.... So best wishes to him, and hope everything is ok............. He has been replaced by Talcnturnip....so good luck to him.... A good choice i'm sure you will all agree with....very level headed....so will keep me and Mush in check.... .............................................................

Thumbs up from me, its a tough job and personally I think the mods get it spot on most of the time, the balance on here is just right.
All this discussion about the role of mods gets on my tits, frankly. If more people behaved like grown-ups we wouldn't have the board clogged up with wum threads and posters bitching about freedom of speech. Mags are just people who support NUFC, not some evil spawn of Attila the Hun and if they come over here for a bit of banter, fine by me. I go over to their board for the same reason. Why anyone should find this offensive if beyond me. Piss-taking and passion are all part of being a football fan in general and NE football fans in particular, but there's some who lose the plot on a regular basis. Rant over.
