    "Luka is happy at Spurs but if an offer came in that was acceptable to the club and player, we would be willing to discuss it," said agent Nikky Vukan.

    "In my opinion, £22m is a valuation that is too low for the player."

    Is this just an opening offer? I'd expect to see Roman chucking a few more rubles at this deal. Little Lucy wants Champions League football and Fergie is sniffing around for a new CM to replace the Ginger thug.

    Chelsea have already missed out on a couple of signings, best be quick with this one.

    I've just seen a valuation of £35m for Modric on a thread

    That put's me in the £1.5m bracket at least & i'm 49 this year
