I think Humble or JPF should get it. They are thoroughly decent human beings who will keep things on the straight and narrow. They'll keep the the heathens in check.

They will also ensure place is not overrun by whining little beatches claiming to have been cyber bullied.

Failing that I'd give it to the first person to say they love the French guys off Eurovision 2014. Simply because a song about a moustache is brilliant. Come Movember they'll be coining it in.
