Good Morning Everyone, So Adam Peason has left... Reason : Health, personal and business reasons! That could mean anything! It was only 5 weeks ago that Pearson was quoted as saying "Security of tenure isn't something enjoyed in football, but I plan on being here for a while" What we do know is that Cellino will double his work load and take on Pearson's responsibilities! I'm sure I'm not the only one who has reservations about that.... please log in to view this image MKD v Leeds Utd Saturday 19th September at 3.00pm Streaming links to follow A week is a long time in football. Leeds have gone from an undefeated run of seven to only having won once this season. To make things worse the stability of the back room has certainly got a lot more brittle after the news that Adam Pearson has packed his bags, and walked away from the club. On the field we just cannot score enough goals. Defensively we look okay, the only team we have conceded two goals against in Bristol City, apart from that other clubs have only managed to score one goal against us. The problem is, we don't look like scoring two or more! Is it the distribution from midfield? Has Dallas not settled in properly yet? Is there a problem with our formation? Is it a problem with our forwards?
Morning Elland, I am not sure where to point the finger in relation to our lack of wins, I feel it is Wood and Antenucci partly to blame, one costing big money the other looking more likely to score.
Morning ristac, how are you this fine morning? I think Wood can easily be marked out of a game. There are very few bad teams in this division.
Morning all, Potentially more bad news - in an area where we have stability too ..... http://www.pakistantribune.com.pk/38519/will-this-wonder-kid-leave-leeds-united-for-a-top-club.html?
Morning WJ, how goes it? Every journo will be jumping on the bandwagon, even as far away as Pakistan apparently.
Another good wee article. And hopefully will start the Nolan discussion again (or are we waiting for Big Sam to take over from Rosler first? ) http://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2015/09/1...leeds-uniteds-timidness-shows-joey-barton-r/?
Yeah, what is it with this Pakistan Tribune? Never heard of it before, now it's all over the place. And loads about Leeds too (mostly regurgitated nonsense, tbf).
Good morning to Matt Neil and co from a very sunny BARDSEY First of all we must keepTaylor I said before the season started he would shine this season and he has £4m if Stones is worth 40m then Charlie should not be sold for less than 20m but we shall have to wait on this one I feel that this defeat maybe the turning point for better things much as I have defended Silvestri I think a spell on the subs bench maybe a good thing and practising catching and distributing the ball I would drop Byram and Mowatt and bring in Erwin and give him a chance in Dallas position with Dallas playing on the right Bamba I would keep in the side but tell him straight play well or you are out Why Pearson left is a mystery to me so I won't even speculate I am going to the game so I expect a win to make my day
I am good thank you, I have been enjoying a week away in Yarmouth with the family. I think it was Josh who mentioned it seems that Rosler is trying to accommodate a team around both strikers rather than one or the other, a valid point.
Morning all Yeah that story about Taylor is Bullshit. The Scum are going to pay 4 million on Taylor at this point in time. Erm no the Tranfer window is closed so are they going to loan him then buy him in January. However again I say we do need another LB to challenge Taylor and give him competition. I think the formation is wrong and we should be playing 4-4-2. We have to strikers in Wood and Ant as well as Botaka and Dallas so let's start using them and a 4-4-2. As for having Nolan I think the experience will do us good.
I think it was Josh, and I agree. I think Rosler has folded to Twitter pressure. Could be the beginning of the end if you show that kind of weakness .... Btw, never been to Yarmouth. Would you recommend it? Much to do? Reasonably priced hotel?
That's just up the road from Wetherby, though. In fact, been there already this year. It's nice to see another part of the country that you've never been to. Actually, to my shame, I've seen very little of Scotland from a holidaying perspective. One day .....
I went to Withensea in Humberside last year, it's a big council estate on the coast but they do have an nice Lightouse Museum.
Morning Mike, Difficult one with Silvestri. If he gets dropped his head may go down lose confidence, on the flip side Turnbull deserves his opportunity
Most the properties in Yarmouth itself are B&B and a tad tacky looking, there isn't a great deal to do, Norfolk folk are always friendly and quite a relaxed atmosphere. We always stay just a few miles out, Winterton-On-Sea this time around, previous years Scratby, Hemsby and Caister. Winterton-On-Sea has miles of sand dunes and walks, all beaches outside of Yarmouth are dog friendly and fantastic if you like walking. We avoid the hotels, we go for privately rented places
