interesting game tomorrow night, i would have loved to go to this one!i still might if im not tired from a days work its not to far to milton keynes!.Its a lovely stadium and was chosen as part of the england euro bid which failed very impressive set up.Mk have a good squad with lewington at the back who i would love for us to sign ,chadwick in midfield who does non stop running and glesson in midfield so im going for a 2-2 draw or at best an away win 0-1 for us.It be interesting if cp rests a few and give kermit a run out up front with perhaps green comming in along with hughes at right back, jason euell might even be named on the bench im looking forward to this COME ON U REDS
I'm at Uni in Luton so I think i'm going to go tomorrow. Does anyone know if tickets are availabe on the door? and how much? Thanks a lot Oh and how many we have sold so far??
I expect the same line up, JA. He was highlighting after Saturday that he thinks our success stems from an unchanged line-up.
i'm going, did the offer in The Sun to get 2 tickets for £20 will be a tough game, a win and we can really start to pull away from the pack, a loss wouldn't be a disaster but we'd have Preston breathing down our necks if they win at Wycome, come on Rocky we could use a favour from your boys we never seem to take opportunitys like the one on offer tomorrow night so i'm afraid I see a draw at best for us and I can't see us getting the 1st goal either, C.Morrison will see to that, i'm predicting a 1-1 draw
cheers boys! I'm going to see if I can sneak an U18's ticket. I still have a baby face and lack the facial hair to suggest otherwise! I guess being a short and young looking 19 year old may have its advantages, touch wood anyway!
If all are fit and Hollands is not on paternity leave, an unchanged team is a cert. MK had a tougher game than us on Saturday so we are at no disadvantage. I expect a 1-1 draw. Saturday is a different matter. Sheff Utd aren't playing midweek and our tendency to lose momentum in the second half could cost us the match. If the team emerges from MK intact and have put up a reasonable showing I would expect CP to stick with them yet again (less Hollands perhaps) but we could see the subs coming on a lot earlier in the second half. Two points from the two games would be great but we may have to settle for one.
we helped you out on saturday and you want us to do it again ,i can see us getting a draw will that do
danny wilson is a muppet they hit the bar but we could have been 3 nil up by then, the fact is they turned up expecting us to lay down and let them steamroller over us and they got a shock.we hang on last fifteen minutes and the defence done the job
McDonalds have scored 10 at home - we have scored 9 away. I see another goal fest so will again be buying goal minutes and over 2.5 goals. 2-2 or 3-2 Addicks.
After a bright start they have tailed off and haven't won their last four, taking 2 points from 12. That said they are more than capable of scoring on a good day, and Morrisson is a bit of a bogeyman for us. It'll be tough. Have us down for a 0-2 win, but this is the toughest test so far.
Martin Rowlands... Keep him fit and he could be a cracking addition for your boys Rock...!! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15068876.stm
Rowlans was someone I thought we could have gone for in the summer. If he puts his recent injuries behind him then he would still be more than adequate enough for the Championship. Started to break in to the ROI team right before his injuries.
When his name was mentioned during pre season I was very unsure. He seems to have been permanently injured for the last three to four years, then again so has Owen Hargreaves. There's no doubt in my mind that A fully fit and firing on all cylinders Martin Rowlands would rip up League One and more than do a job in the Championship. I have a little soft spot for the Wanderers so I for one sincerely hope he can rekindle his fine form of yesteryear and keep them in this league.
Just had a look down the Mk Dons team.. didn't actually realise it was that strong. Adam Smith, Lewington, Beevers (found his level), Darren Potter, Gleeson, Bowditch, Mcdonald, Balanta, Clinton Morrison, Mcnamee and Chadwick. Whilst they look a bit like Sheff Weds 2 with those players, tonight will surely prove to be the toughest game so far (if not the season)?
