Hey lads, there's a game on I'm not sure if that's a good or bad thing for us, probably best to cancel the season, but until we do... @Resurgam @mustyfrog I've not got a clue who's injured and who's got covid, hence my following prediction... MK 2-0 Gills
Firstly a Happy New Year to all. I think tomorrow could be COVID done us a favour MAYBE???????? or done us like a kipper The break will certainly have done our injury problems a favour, but has COVID turned us in??? Well, we will see. We have not won now since the 19th October 2 and a half months a longgggggggggggggg time.Mr S is trying to find a buyer which is not a good morale booster. He says he has the club at heart and I am sure he has, as to line his pocket after all this time he would need billions. We have to thank him for rescuing the club and being a long-serving donor to keep us going. It has been a helter-skelter ride and our present table position is nothing new, we have been there and we have fought to get out of it. We do need at least two results to get going, subject to those above us not doing well. So tomorrow, I really see a big defeat BUTTTT and a MASSIVE BIG BUT. Do we have a fit team? I am hoping we do and the bit between the teeth I can see us grinding this one out. Draw says it, BUT I want us to win Old Wombles 1 New Gills 2 ( Twine, Big John and Oliver ) KEEP THE FAITH
