Coyle working his magic once again.

  7. Why it is Ryo is playing with Bolton when he could be playing and scoring for us is a mystery.

We have a starting eleven that is worn out yet Arsene doesn't appear to utilise any of the quality we have in some form of rotation. I really wonder if he is able to change himself or us anymore.

Coyle: Arsenal have an exciting young player in Miyaichi (Talk Sport)
    http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-n...e-arsenal-have-exciting-young-player-miyaichi

Coyle raving on about how good Miyaichi is. I had a feeling this guy was the real deal and we will see this in the coming years! I love the enthusiasm that Coyle shows.

Coyle was quoted as saying: “I watched him a few times at Feyenoord. I knew that Arsenal had got an exciting young Japanese player into the club, when he went on-loan I looked at him extensively and he caught my eye straight away,” he said.
“As much as I’m a manager, I’m a football fan as well. I want to see exciting players out there that entertain and when he gets the ball you actually think something exciting might happen because he’s prepared to take a full-back on. He looks to get shots away and get crosses in."

  9. If we don't change our ways and get back to winning again, do we think this young man will stay with us for long after his return from Bolton?

Miyaichi has that pace and power that enables him to go past players on the wing. This is something that Walcott struggles to do. He clearly has better technical ability on the ball than Walcott.

But to be fair to Walcott, he is not a winger and was never a winger. He was never meant to dribble with the ball like players like OXO, Gervinho etc. He is your typical english striker that runs onto balls, using his pace, take a few touches and shoots....

Got an assist today and was given Man of the Match for his performance. Really is a massive talent.

The assist was nice - showed composure and an eye for a pass which you wouldn't expect from a fast winger.

Agreed. He has real ability. Traore did dominate him when he was on though. He kept trying to knock it by him and run but was slower than him.

Garth Crooks just put him in his team of the week and included this little fact:

Did you know? Miyaichi created seven goalscoring chances (including one assist). There have only been three instances of more in an entire Premier League season.

Interesting stuff. Getting more and more excited about Ryodinho.

Saw quite a lot of Ryo last season (gotta love sky) and was hoping he would get an opportunity this season for the team but i had not expected oxocube to do so well and think it is clever to stagger there entry into the team.

The loan move as with Wilshere will be very good for him and next season we will see alot more of him.

If Campbell can get a work permit and we sign Podolski then our front 3 looks good. These players are giving us pace and directness and they seem to have more of an end product than other young players have (bar cesc).

    Ryo--------Walcott-------Oxocube

    Podolski-----RVP-----Walcott

    Gevinho----Podolski------RVP

    Podoslki------Campbell----Walcott/RVP

There are endless combinations using these players along a front 3. And if we wanted to play 2 up front we have RVP, Podolski, Campbell, Walcott who can all play centrally. Which means Chamakh, Bendy etc should all see the door. (maybe park will get another season?)

I'm happy with our GK and Defenders and i think if we can add a real top quality midfield player for our first team and maybe add another player or two for depth (players like vertonghen who can play multiple positions). We could be right back in the mix next season.
