Never seen Lapslie or Mitov, due to the club playing the U-18 games at home when the seniors are also at home. I believe Mitov has been very highly rated for some time now, it seem we won'r have to worry about goalies for a while.
George Lapslie is an attacking midfielder very skilful but also very slight. It will be interesting to see if he develops physically.
I do not like to say this about one of our youth players but..... he is the poorest U18 keeper I can remember seeing play for us..... in the five odd games I have seen this season he has yet a make a very good save! He is probably the weakest player in the U18's team Sorry, just my view after watching the U18's for about 8 years now.
Totally disagree, I have seen him a number of times and I think he will make a very good goalkeeper. He has got a long way to go but I think a spell out on loan will help.
Looked decent on Saturday. Who was the sub who replaced him? I couldn't tell the difference from the other end of the park!
